    Coded welding and other repairs
    In the whole of our thirty year history, we’ve never had a repair recall. Our comprehensive service includes:

    Preparation for annual insurance inspections and five year NDT examinations
    We aim to make everything as easy as possible, including liaising with insurance companies on your behalf.

    Valve servicing and valve repair
    Our dedicated in-house workshop is accredited by Zurich Risk Services for the repair and refurbishment of safety valves and general valves. We expertly refurbish all types and makes or valve and actuator. This work is carried out by skilled craftsmen at our dedicated workshops.     Gauges
    We supply, repair and recalibrate pressure and temperature gauges.

    Refractory
    We provide a complete installation service for all types of refractory materials, as well as supplying special refractory pre-cast shapes to suit:

    Chemical descaling and bolier cleaning
    We carry out chemical cleaning to remove deposits caused by corrosion and scale from internal waterways in plant, systems, pipe runs and other equipment.

    Burner servicing
    All servicing is carried out by our manufacturer-trained engineers who are fully ACOPS approved.

    Steam pipework
    We carry out inspections, repairs and modification to all types of pipework.

    Lagging and insulation
    We provide a full lagging and insulation service for personal protection and system efficiency.

    Boiler hire
    We can arrange temporary supply while your main boiler is out of action, and also long-term hire.
